"I love Corridor clothes and the story they tell, and sought to build a space where they are amplified rather than blended into the structure. To achieve this, the store’s design began as a study of large geometric forms in unconventional proportions being used to display clothing in a distinct way. These forms are placed on the perimeter of the room to create a faceted sunken landscape, which grounds the space. The line of the wall paneling acts as a horizon, while the wall mounted forms float in the air. The result is a store design distinct from the product, with the softness in the space coming from the playful colors and textures in the clothes, set against the backdrop of this angular landscape"
