CORRIDOR QUALITY GUARANTEE
At Corridor, we stand behind the quality and craft of every piece we make. If you live in the United States and the garment you purchased directly from us is not made properly, please reach out. We’re happy to offer a replacement, if available, or a refund for the full value of the item.
The Guarantee applies only to items purchased directly from Corridor stores or from corridornyc.com. It is limited to the original purchaser and is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
HOW TO CLAIM THE GUARANTEE
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us at info@corridornyc.com and have your purchase information available. If your request is approved, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase and will receive instructions for mailing your product to our U.S. claims processing location.
When sending your item, please include the name under which the Guarantee request was submitted. All Guarantee requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date. Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending the product to the claims location.
GUARANTEE GUIDELINES
Corridor reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the Corridor Quality Guarantee.
