Shipping & Returns

• All orders have a 7 day return window, starting from the day the goods are received. 
• When using our pre-paid label, $11.00 will be deducted from your refund total
• All International and Canadian orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges
• Items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have applicable tags attached in order to be eligible for a return or exchange 
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges
• All items located in the "Sale" section are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges
• All returns and exchanges must follow proper guidelines below to be eligible - we cannot accept unauthorized returns

SHIPPING POLICIES

• Please allow 2 business days processing time from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed
• International orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process
• Orders may be split and items may ship separately, based on inventory location
• Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day - we do not ship on weekends
• Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays
• We offer free domestic shipping on purchases $250 and over via UPS  Shipping within the United States is typically delivered within 3 - 10 business days, depending on your location.

• Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery timeframes do not include order processing time.
