Return Policy

For the Holidays, we want to make gift giving as worry-free as possible.  Purchases made throughout the month of December will be valid for full refund until January 15th.
 

Domestic returns/exchanges are free for orders over $100 within 14 days the purchase for products unworn and undamaged.  Requests for return labels will be processed within 72 hours. Once returning product is received we will issue the refund within 72 hours.

Shipping Policy

We offer Free Domestic Shipping for purchases over $100 via USPS.

Shipping within the United States is sent via USPS and to be delivered within 2-10 business days. Typically, we ship USPS Priority Mail within 2-3 business days. Should you require expedited shipping, please select the option at checkout or email us at info@corridornyc.com.

For International shipments we utilize DHL and USPS, typically delivered within 8-15 days, and prices to be calculated at checkout. Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, when applicable, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

*For Returns and Exchanges under $100, shipping fees paid for by the customer. Please request a return authorization beforehand at returns@corridornyc.com and we will provide you with the location to address the package.

*For International Returns and Exchanges (including Canada) shipping fees are paid for by the customer.
