Return Policy

  • Items are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. For online orders, the 7-day window begins on the date all items are delivered.
  • Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange at any time.
  • We offer price adjustments on markdowns that occur within 7 days of the original purchase date. Price adjustments do not apply to final sale items.

Other Return Information

  • When using our pre-paid return label, a fee of $11.00 will be deducted from your refund.
  • International and Canadian orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted; all returns must follow the guidelines provided.

Shipping Policies

  • Please allow 2 business days processing time from the date we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day — we do not ship on weekends.
  • Orders may be split and items may ship separately, based on inventory location.
  • Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
  • Shipping within the United States is typically delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • We offer free domestic shipping on purchases $250 and over via UPS.

International Orders

  • All international and Canadian orders are final sale.
  • International orders may take up to 3–5 business days to process.
  • Orders ship via UPS and typically arrive within 7–12 business days, not including potential customs delays.
  • Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout; all international shipments are Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), with no additional charges upon delivery.
  • Refused packages will incur return shipping fees as well as any duties and taxes applied to the shipment.
  • During high-volume periods such as Holiday and Sale seasons, processing and delivery windows may be extended.
