RETURN POLICY

  • - Holiday Return Window: Purchases made on or after November 20 are eligible for return until December 31.
  • - Standard Returns: Items are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. For online orders, the 7-day window begins on the date all items are delivered.
  • - Final Sale: Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange at any time.
  • - Price Adjustments: We offer price adjustments on markdowns that occur within 7 days of the original purchase date. Price adjustments do not apply to final sale items.

  • - When using our pre-paid return label, a fee of $11.00 will be deducted from your refund.
  • - International and Canadian orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • - Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • - Unauthorized returns will not be accepted; all returns must follow the guidelines provided.

SHIPPING POLICIES

  • - Please allow 2 business days processing time from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed
  • - International orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process
  • - Orders may be split and items may ship separately, based on inventory location
  • - Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day - we do not ship on weekends
  • - Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays
  • - We offer free domestic shipping on purchases $250 and over via UPS  Shipping within the United States is typically delivered within 3 - 10 business days, depending on your location. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • - All International and Canadian orders are final sale.
  • - Orders ship via UPS and typically arrive within 7–12 business days, not including potential customs delays.
  • - Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout; all international shipments are Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), with no additional charges upon delivery.
  • - Refused packages will incur return shipping fees as well as any duties and taxes applied to the shipment.
  • - During high-volume periods such as Holiday and Sale seasons, processing and delivery windows may be extended.
