HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
- All orders placed between November 23 - December 26 are eligible to be returned by January 7, 2025. Any item labeled as final sale is not eligible to be returned at any point, regardless of when it's purchased.

- When using our pre-paid label, $11.00 will be deducted from your refund total
- All International and Canadian orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges
- Items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have applicable tags attached in order to be eligible for a return or exchange
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- All items located in the "Sale" section are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges
- All returns and exchanges must follow proper guidelines below to be eligible - we cannot accept unauthorized returns
SHIPPING POLICIES
- Please allow 2 business days processing time from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed
- International orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process
- Orders may be split and items may ship separately, based on inventory location
- Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day - we do not ship on weekends
- Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays
- We offer free domestic shipping on purchases $250 and over via UPS Shipping within the United States is typically delivered within 3 - 10 business days, depending on your location.
