Indigo Seersucker Plaid LS
This item is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Mixing ideas; materials of plaids, seersucker and indigo, the shirt's name mostly says it all. The shirt features a natural base with underlying criss-crossing seersucker and indigo plaids. Equal parts retro, funky, and classic, this shirt checks a lot of boxes. The seersucker and its lightness is good for hot days, the button down collar says that you like vintage shit and that you respect your father, and the pink striping says you also don't give a fuck and will defy him and become your own man.

What does responsibility mean? People talk a lot about transparency and sustainability. I think the sum is responsibility. For Corridor, this means that we actually work in the factory with the tailors every season to create the garments and ensure the workshops are environmentally certified (ISO 9001) and socially accountable (SA 8000). You can feel good knowing where and how the garment was made.
This garment was a made in 3rd generation, open air workshop with on site day care, garden, paying a living wage to the artisans who made the goods. The workshop is located in Madras, India and melds the new (Japanese sewing machines) and the old (hand embroidery, hand loomed fabrics, natural dying) for a product that is authentic and contemporary. This is a mostly woman operated factory and is partnered with a rehabilitation center for women encountering domestic violence. We work out of the workshop for approximately two months of the year.
