Why are you named Corridor?

Designer and founder, Dan Snyder was living between Boston (for school), New York (for tailoring) and Baltimore/DC (for family) and was constantly traveling up and down the Northeast Corridor on the Chinatown bus. The name is the brand’s origin story and informs its aesthetic: east coast modern and metropolitan.

How was the company formed?

Dan worked at the FBI as contractor and was frustrated by the fit of his suits. He had them tailored and loved the process. He thought that he could do it himself - so he enrolled in night school and began sewing. His skills improved and moved onto shirt making. More folks began asking for his shirts and began selling them to shops out of his apartment - little by little Corridor grew into what it is today.
